Shipping

All our silk french knickers are hand made and finished in the UK so we cannot guarantee that your garment will be ready for immediate despatch. We do aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days and will email you if it is likely to take longer. The Simply Signature and Simply Blue for Brides french knickers are embroidered specifically for you so please allow up to 28 days for despatch.

The outer wrapping will be a discreet white mailing bag – Royal Mail large letter sized (230mm x 190mm x10mm) to fit through UK standard letter box.

Delivery can be to any address within the UK, mainland Europe or the USA.

Oversees delivery - contents are identified as ‘clothing’ for Customs clearance.

There is no postage or packing charge for deliveries made within the UK or EU. Outside of the EU the charge is £5.85 per order.

We can deliver either to you or directly to the lady who is receiving your gift.
