If for some reason your order is unsuitable, you can return the garments in unused condition with all the original packaging, care labels and tags intact together with the organza bags, within 14 days and we will refund your money or exchange as required.

Please note that embroidered French knickers are made specifically for you and we cannot exchange or refund them unless they are faulty.

We must stress that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept back any items that have or appear to have been worn or washed, or are in any way dirty or damaged unless they are faulty.

Please take care when washing your French knickers; hand wash in warm water using liquid soap only. It is your responsibility to care for your garment in accordance with the instructions shown on the attached care label

We suggest that you use a trackable method such as recorded or registered post for returns as it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us safely. We cannot refund for goods we do not receive!
