A: Yes our website is dedicated to selling only french knickers.

A: No this website is dedicated to our own exclusive designs.

Q: Can I buy your products anywhere else?
A: No they are exclusively sold through this website at present.

Q: What does ‘rising to the waist’ mean?
A: It means that french knickers sit on the waist rather than on or below the hips.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Q: Do you offer your products in any other materials?
A: At present we only sell our collections in luxurious pure silk. We would welcome your feedback on this; what other materials would you like to be able to buy?

Q: On the Signature and Simply Blue designs what name can I have embroidered?
A: Any one name can be embroidered on the front right hand leg.

Q: What type of gift wrap do I get?
A: Our luxury gift wrap service comes as standard. See our gift wrap page.

Q: Can I add a personal message?
A: You can choose from the messages listed on our gift wrap page.

Q: Will you have my size?
A: We stock sizes 8-22 across all our designs. We can make smaller or larger sizes if required.

Q: What happens if you are out of stock?
A: We will let you know as soon as we receive you order if it is currently out of stock and will give you an estimated delivery date. You can of course choose another item or colour, or be added to our waiting list.

Q: What happens if I my purchase does not fit or are faulty?
A: We do have strict quality control for each pair of French knickers we make. If for some reason your order is unsuitable, you or your lady can return the items in unused condition with all the original packaging, care labels and tags intact together with the organza bag within 21 days and we will refund your money or exchange as required. Can we suggest that you use a trackable method such as recorded or registered post for returns as it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us safely. We cannot refund for good we do not receive!
